What is the difference between Onsite and Remote Support?
Remote Support is for software-only issues like viruses, slow performance, and software configuration, where a technician connects to your device over the internet. Onsite Repair is for complex issues like network setup, hardware installation (printers, office equipment), or troubleshooting when we need to be physically present at your home or business.
Can I cancel my Basic Care Plan at any time?
Yes. The Basic Care Plan is a month-to-month service and can be canceled at any time without penalty.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the issue and part availability. We carry most common parts in stock. Part availability greatly depends on the year, make and model of your device. Simple fixes like screen replacements, RAM installation, hard drive replacement and OS upgrades can often be completed in a few hours. More complex repairs (motherboard, data recovery) or issues requiring parts to be ordered may take 3-5 business days. We will provide an estimated completion time and cost after our initial diagnostic.
How does Remote Support work? Is it secure?
Remote support works by establishing a secure, encrypted connection to your device after you grant us permission. The connection is temporary, and the technician can only see what you see. Once the session ends, we no longer have access to your computer.
What does the Basic Care Plan cover?
Our Basic Care Plan covers one-time remote technical support, a scheduled system tune-up/optimization, basic virus and malware removal. Antivirus is also included with your plan. It’s designed to handle all your common software, troubleshooting, and connectivity issues for a low monthly fee.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes. We stand by the quality of our work. All hardware repairs that require new parts are covered by a [90-Day/3-Month] warranty on the parts and labor used for the original repair. All labor-only related repairs are covered by a [30-Day/1-Month] warranty.
Do I need to know exactly what parts I want for my custom PC?
Not at all! We offer a full consultation service. You just need to tell us your budget, the games you want to play, and the performance goals (e.g., 1440p resolution or 4K, high FPS, etc). Our certified technicians will recommend a fully compatible parts list icluding the most recent parts tailored to your needs and budget.
How long does it take for a custom PC to be built?
The process typically takes 1-2 business days1 from the time all parts are secured. This includes assembly, professional cable management, installing the operating system and drivers, as well as rigorous stress testing to guarantee peak performance and stability.
1 1-2 business days is the time it takes to build the rig/gaming PC, perform the OS installation, setup all software and drivers, as well as performance testing and configuration. Parts that have to be ordered will add to this time.
I have a unique layout. Can you handle custom security camera installation?
Yes. Our service begins with a professional, onsite consultation to assess your property’s specific vulnerabilities and structure. We then design and install a customized system using discreet wiring and optimal camera placement for maximum overlaping coverage no matter the layout.

Yes. We configure your system for remote access, allowing you to view live feeds, review recorded footage, and receive instant motion alerts directly on your smartphone or tablet from anywhere in the world.
